TheWebDesignChic on "[Plugin: Sermon Manager] Change location and name of "Notes" when using shortcode on a page"

I have the "Notes" link below my video embed. I need to move it up to be more visible.
Also, I need to change the word from "Notes" to "Discussion"

Is this possible? If so, which file(s) do I need to alter?
