Sermon will not post until ‘Date Preached’ date has come.

In addition to posting sermons, we also use the manager to post the bulletin which is produced before the Sunday service. We tend to distribute said bulletin via a link in our weekly newsletter that takes members to the sermon section of the website where they can view that sermon and access the bulletin.
In older versions of sermon manager, setting date preached to a future date from when the post was created creates the sermon with the bulletin. Later we go in an upload the sermon recording the following Monday or Tuesday.

BUT, right now setting the date preached to a future date appears to override the publishing settings of WordPress.

Is there any way to fix this? Thank you
