Sermons not being added to sermon series

The archive page for a sermon series doesn’t seem to contain new sermons added since I updated Sermon Manager to 2.11.2 (think I had 2.9 or 2.10 before). All sermons show up OK in the WordPress dashboard (…/wp-admin/edit.php?wpfc_sermon_series=[series_name]&post_type=wpfc_sermon), but only sermons prior to updating Sermon Manager show up when viewing the series on the website (I have links named …/sermons/series/[series_name]/ for these). The issue is the same with Sermon Manager 2.11.3, and when viewing a Live Preview of the website using the Twenty Sixteen theme.

Any help would be much appreciated.
