Thanks for using Sermon Manager. <3
Due to increased workload, our team can’t handle working on new features (including Sermon Manager Pro), fixing issues, other products, and quickly responding to each support ticket.
So this is just a notice that we will probably be a bit slower to reply*. So, you might even wait up to 72 hours to get a response – but, that doesn’t mean that we don’t read your reports – we read every single of them, and we fix bugs ASAP if it’s bug-related.
So yeah, this is not a “there will be no support” announcement, this just a mere “support will have delays” announcement.
* This includes free email support as well. Paid support will operate normally, with maybe small delays, but not as drastic as with free support.
